Chewy Claus
I led the end-to-end design of Chewy Claus, a high-impact holiday campaign delivering joy at scale—driving hundreds of thousands of pet wishes and over 16M meals donated. In a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, I aligned product, brand, and engineering to ship cohesive experiences under tight timelines, turning complexity into clarity and strategy into action, delighting millions of pet parents.
Chewy+ Membership Dashboard
Chewy+ is a paid membership program that launched in 2024 as a beta, offering free shipping, 5% rewards on every order, and exclusive member-only deals. In early 2025, before expanding Chewy+ to its 20+ million customers, I was tasked with strategically redesigning the membership dashboard and a home page widget. The goal was to create a visual, personalized, and intuitive experience by incorporating richer content and action-driven components, and by addressing key insights from user research and customer feedback that reflect the Chewy brand.
Passwordless Sign In and Create an Account
For many customers, signing in becomes a hassle when they forget their password, leading to a tedious reset process that disrupts their journey. Redirecting users from the browser to their email and back adds unnecessary steps, increasing cart abandonment and reducing engagement. The challenge was creating a frictionless, passwordless sign-in and account creation flow for Chewy users that keeps them engaged without breaking their experience.
Genesys Cloud Admin Dashboard Redesign
The Admin page is an administrative interface for Genesys Cloud for users with admin role permissions to access certain features and functionality. From here, admins can configure their organization and much more.
Lenovo Welcome – Onboarding
Lenovo Welcome is a pre-installed app on Lenovo devices that guides users through onboarding for consumer, commercial, and gaming products. It offers educational content and personalized recommendations. With over 60 million units sold annually, Lenovo sees about 400,000 activations daily, showcasing the app’s significant value.
Lenovo Cloud Deploy
Equipping IT organizations with a quick and effective way to send and retrieve custom-built images to a secure cloud connection through a website and a desktop application.
Lenovo Companion
Led Lenovo Vantage, a preloaded software application used for consumers, commercial, and gaming devices with over 2M+ active daily users with the ratings increasing from 2.4 to 3.6.
